Customer Care Program
Assurance that your project will go safely and will not cause problems for you, the property owner!
Safety comes first! Here is what we do to protect you and your home ...
- Design a safety action plan. Please notify us any special concerns that you may have including children, pets, etc.
- Keep the work site clean and organized.
- Promptly remove trash from the job site!
We understand that landscaping and shrubbery are expensive and precious. Here's what we do to protect them ...
- Ask you if there are any special or delicate plants or shrubs.
- Protect all fragile landscaping, trees and shrubs that are in the direct path of falling debris or materials.
One of the most important aspects of roofing is clean-up! Here is what we do ...
- Rough clean your site during the day and final clean up at the end of the project, followed by a thorough inspection by a project manager!
- Clean your lawn and site with our magnetic "nail-finder" at the end of the job, to reduce the chance of nails left behind.
- Keep our tools and materials neatly organized and out of the way.
These are some preventative action's you can take inside your home ...
- Check, and/or remove paintings, antiques, photos, mirrors, etc. from walls and shelves, as these may incur damage from vibrations during the roofing process. This type of damage is not the responsibility of the contractor.
- Cover or remove items in the attic that may get dirty or damaged during the roofing project. Debris may fall during roofing.
Please be aware that despite our best efforts the following may occur during roofing projects, and are not the responsibility of the roofing contractor.
- Structural problems such as loose or cracked plaster and drywall, sagging rafters, nail pops, bowed walls, previously rotted or damaged siding materials, etc.
- Scheduling difficulties ... We do our best to stay on schedule, but mother nature and other emergencies can lead to delays.
If there are any concerns, or ways we can make this project less intrusive, please let us know at 281-580-6400. We will make every effort to address your concerns. Thank You.
